Poll Workers
White County is looking for qualified poll workers. Qualified poll workers are 16 years old, living within White County, or neighboring counties, with exceptions, must be judicious, intelligent, upright citizens of the United States, and be able to read and write in English. Voter Registration and Sample Ballots
Please visit The Secretary of State's My Voter Page to check your registration status, polling locations, and mail-in status. Voters can also view sample ballots and important voting dates.
Assisting Voters
The White County Elections and Voter Registration Office focuses on assisting citizens with registering to vote. This includes assisting voters with finding their assigned district, printing voter registration cards, and assisting with elections. The state of Georgia provides many avenues to register to vote.
Checking Registration Status
Georgia citizens can check their registration status my visiting the Georgia Secretary of State's My Voter Page (MVP).This page contains information on sample ballots, elected officials, poll locations, and ballot status. Citizens need their date of birth, and current county of residency to login.
Requirements to Register
Citizens must meet the following requirements to vote in White County:
- Legal Citizen of United States
- Legal resident of White County
- Be at least 17 and half years of age
- Not be serving a sentence for conviction of a felony
Where to Register
White County citizens can register to vote in the following locations:
