About Judge Hyde
Corey Hyde graduated from the University of Georgia in 1998 and then began his career serving the courts of White and Habersham counties as a probation officer. He managed the White County probation office until he was appointed White County Magistrate Judge in 2003. Judge Hyde was appointed by the Enotah Circuit Superior Court judges in 2018 to serve as the White County Chief Magistrate. Corey and his wife Ashley grew up in White County, both graduates of White County High School, and have three children.
About Judge Kinsey
Cherie Kinsey has lived in Cleveland for more than 29 years. She has worked as Administrative Assistant since February, 2017 and was appointed as Part time Magistrate Judge in September, 2018. She received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia in 1986. Prior to joining the staff at White County Magistrate Court she was employed by Adams, Ellard & Frankum, PC in Clarkesville, Georgia as a Legal Assistant for more than 21 years. Cherie and her husband Steve have two children and two grandchildren..
