Philip is a Banks County native and a graduate of Piedmont College. Phillip spent over 20 years at Banks County Parks and Recreation Department serving as the Director, Assistant Director, and Maintenance Supervisor. Philip enjoys fishing and hunting and is an avid sports fan.
