BACK-UP GENERATORS FOR FIRE STATIONS AND CRITICAL PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITIES

The White County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Invitation to Bid in order to collect quotes for
the purchase and installation of backup emergency generators for Fire Stations and other critical Public
Safety facilities across White County. The locations for the requested back up generators are as follows:
White County Fire Station 2 (7494 Duncan Bridge Rd, Cleveland, GA 30528), White County Fire
Station 3 (33 Garland Bristol Rd, Sautee Nacoochee, GA 30571), White County Fire Station 4 (1650
Westmoreland Rd, Cleveland, GA 30528), White County Fire Station 5 (380 Shoal Creek Church Rd,
Cleveland, GA 30528), White County Fire Station 6 (6449 US-129, Cleveland, GA 30528), White
County Fire Staton 7 (4149 Highway 356, Sautee Nacoochee, GA 30571), White County Animal
Control (680 Industrial Blvd, Cleveland, GA 30528), and our Daybreak Communications Site located
at 1857 Daybreak Road, Cleveland, GA 30528. All specifications for generators are attached to this
Invitation to Bid as part of “Attachment A.”

Sealed bids will be received by White County Board of Commissioners Finance Department, 1235
Helen Highway, Cleveland, Georgia 30528, until 2:00pm, Eastern Standard Time, on Friday,
October 4, 2024. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned.
